From my initial meet and greet, Whitney emitted this warm, infectious, calming demeanor which instantly put me at ease. I quickly learned how personable and genuine she was and knew I wanted to work with her. She was truly a dream throughout every stage of the planning process and left no detail unturned.

Whitney’s presence on our wedding day was so comforting and approachable for everyone involved. She has this uncanny ability to make you feel relaxed and allows you to forget you are even in front of the camera. I never had to worry about any detail or moment being missed. She allowed Jonathan & I to slow down and cherish all of the little important moments that can so easily be overlooked in the excitement of the day. And if by chance a flower girl has a category 5 meltdown, Whitney knows how to wrangle it in while keeping a smile on her face.  And, that...is an invaluable gift!

Our friends and family still comment on how special our wedding day was, which, in large part, was due to Whitney’s presence. Her photographs are a true work of art that uniquely captured our personalities and raw emotions to a T. Her photographs are our most valued keepsakes that we will forever hold near to our heart. We cannot thank her enough and cherish our experience and friendship we garnered in the process.

When it was time to choose a photographer for our wedding, Lynnesy Catron was the only person I had in mind. I had admired her work over the years and couldn't wait to see how she would capture our wedding day, especially after we had such a wonderful time during our engagement session. Her easy going, calm personality helped us to relax in front of the camera, it was always more of a conversation with her while being photographed in our environment. We love every single image. I feel like Lynnesy really took her time to get to know us during our engagement session, which I feel allowed for an easy going wedding day.

Whitney Neal is an incredibly talented photographer who knows how to capture all the beautiful moments that make a wedding day so memorable. My husband and I were beyond thrilled with her work for our wedding in Lexington, Kentucky. She has a unique ability to get of a shot of everything without you even knowing she’s there. We didn’t have a videographer so we relied on Whitney to take pictures that would tell the story of our big day. We were amazed when we received our wedding pictures after the wedding... we couldn’t stop looking at them and had a very difficult time narrowing down which ones to use for our wedding album! They all had such an ethereal beauty to them. Whitney also has such a pleasant and calm way about her which is an added bonus for nervous brides like me! We couldn’t recommend Whitney more!

Planning our daughter’s wedding day was something out of a dream. From the time she was engaged, to the special day was just about six months. The most important aspect of that day, after we chose the church and reception venues, was choosing a photographer. Our daughter knew right away she wanted to talk with Lynnesy. We made the appointment and met to see if we had the same vision. Immediately, we connected and her desire to dedicate her expertise to this once in a lifetime milestone was evident. She was able to answer all of our questions about timing, lighting and capturing the pure joy of the day from beginning to end. She provided so many details about the day, that we knew right away…she was our photographer! The day was absolutely all that we imagined and Lynnesy made us all feel comfortable and at ease. Even after the wedding, she was able to provide so much help with our photo albums and prints. Lynnesy was not just a vendor to us, or a professional photographer, she was and is much more…a dear friend. Additionally, with more of life’s big moments down the road, we plan for her to be a part of those celebrations and capture those memories too!

We cannot say enough good things about Whitney Neal and her team. They made our wedding day the most absolutely perfect day imaginable! When you book a photographer, you are selecting the person who will be by your side the entire day, so it is highly important to select someone that makes you comfortable, brings a positive and fun spirit, and can keep everything on schedule and running smoothly. Whitney not only demonstrated all of those qualities, but she and her team became true friends to me and my husband. Our families and our friends raved all day and for weeks after about how wonderful our photographers were and the energy they brought to the day. We initially chose Whitney because we loved her style of taking photos. She uses a very natural style which comes from her use of film cameras, which we LOVED! Over the course of the day however, she used many different cameras and lenses showing that she and her team were very aware of what equipment was right for each and every shot they took. We are so excited to get our photos back and remember our special day and the very special people who took those photos for the rest of our lives!
